Cheviot Togs is a non-profit organisation based in the Scottish Borders that provides low-income families and individuals with access to essential clothing. One of the primary goals of Cheviot Togs is to ensure that no one in their community goes without adequate clothing. They collect donations of gently used clothing items, which are then sorted and distributed to those in need through local health professionals, schools, and various local charities like Borders Women’s Aid.
The Weir Charitable Trust supported the application from Cheviot Togs to contribute towards the annual running costs of the first year of the social enterprise.
