Their patients come from local vet practices, SSPCA and members of the public but the charity relies solely on donations to fund their work. In 2023 the charity admitted 536 mammals and birds into their care.
The charity also has an education programme giving free talks to schools and social groups.
Recognising the impact the charity was making on the advancement of animal welfare; the Trust made an award in May 2024.
